There's indeed the socalled "M Driver's Package." Features the raised top speed of 280 km/h and a coupon for a driving course.
Option code is
7ME, costs some 2.000€ excl. VAT and you have to keep the rear spoiler. That's how it is in Germany, but shouldn't be different in Spain.
Your dealer should be able to order this.
