I have a buddy who may have seen this car in person. I'm waiting on his response. Always a good idea to get a PPI. If it's an as is sale with no warranty there is no reason to trust dealer. You could ask them to see their 100 point inspection paperwork if they have performed one.
Edit: He has not seen this car but $25k for a one accident 71k mike 2009 E93 is not a smart decision. Trade in is $15k at best.
This is also a Florida car and a much better deal/car that he has seen in person and would have purchased it if it was this price 6 months ago. Can probably get them down a bit.
