that CAL doesn't provide any real insurance for audi owners. audi is denying claims if people can't prove that only audi spec oil was used and maintenance intervals strictly adhered to. in some cases maintenance records were not "good enough" if not performed at an audi dealer too. i feel sorry for audi owners that now have to spend $8k+ for new pistons and seals on a $15k car
