The pedal has a 15mm lower mounting point than OEM (closer to the floor), which is what will give quicker clutch operation. The 3-way spring position (utilizes OEM dampener, or you can remove alltogether) will fine-tune the pedal feel to your desired liking.

A HUGE benefit is the bronze bushings.

Here's a quick exercise: Try moving your stock (plastic) clutch pedal side to side your fingers, there's a lot of slop with the OEM bushings that is cured immediately after installation of the new pedal.

Once installed, you'll wonder why 6MT M3s weren't equipped like this from factory.
