The price of the standard (non-extended) leather interior ($950) would be subtracted from the premium package. So YES, it would be a $3150 premium over and above the 'normal' price for any of the current non-extended leather color options that are now available.
It's also important to note the Individual Leather option for any U.S.-spec car = Extended Leather*(automatically)

However... Navigation must be included if Extended Leather is chosen. So the Individual interior option total price over the regular
non-extended Leather color and optional trim is $4750.
Not bad, as Extended leather, Individual Trim and Navigation will be included in that price.
