That's one reason, the second reason is that BMW does not allow the
coding of a feature that is not part of the Vehicle Order. So unless BMW comes with a full OEM retrofit it will not happen in any other way by OEM.
Now, that's something that
Autologic could do if they have access to the new EDC coding
and the EDC module is not changed as well.
