IFH-0010 is a data transmission disturbed error. Try restarting NCSexpert again and making sure your KDCAN cable is set to whatever COM port you set in Edidabas with latency set to 1ms.

For recoding back to defaults just have a blank manipulation file (which is basically the work.trc named work.man) and run a SG_CODERIEN with that blank file.
