Appreciate your input. I figured I'd get there eventually (overheating). I ran in warmer temps earlier this year and didn't get as hot, so thinking the track's elevation changes put more stress on the engine.
More curious than anything else, because when that message popped up I still had full power, but backed off as a precaution. Didn't know if I was seconds away from limping or maybe if I had another lap.
