The above is exactly what I experienced as a customer from this establishment. I was offended and humilated by the SA and he repeated this offensive nature towards me the entire time I was there. This was also witnessed by several employees and other customers.

I didn't start this thread with intentions to tell a story or vent. I simply wanted to get input of what options I have out there besides the steps I've already taken. I'm not here to bash a dealer or any one person. Just simply looking for options, which I got from helpful posters.
