I think I dodge a bullet here
2009 e92 - 55K miles - never tracked or consistently driven hard. Most of the time I am commuting to work on 35-50MPH roads.
Sorry, they did not track which bearings belong to each cylinder but regardless this looks bad for 55K miles and non tracked.
