Yeah. Sometimes they seem down but if you take your finger and see if they are flush and cannot push on top. If there is a sponginess they're not seating. I just had this with a brand new coil properly keyed.

No they are solid all the way down, they clipped on to the plug you can hear it. But it's not a full on misfire it's like hick ups on idle and you plug in the scanner and it reads misfire count. I'm so clue less at this point to be honest.
