i'm not sure if a fan is going to help... it has good exposure already. might help cool it down faster in the pits, but i can also see a pusher fan covering valuable real estate in front of the cooler... i'd wonder if it could actually be detrimental at speed. puller won't work because the tire is too close.

I'm not sure that the air is flowing through the cooler in the volumes we assume it is. This is a low pressure area on some other cars with a similar fog light opening.
