I haven't done it so I can't say for sure but it may work. I don't see much advantage of a 305 over a 295 however. 275mm is the maximum size that fits in the front. I think a 20mm stagger or less is best for handling purposes (in other words a 275 front and 295 rear). That being said, I think a wide tire in the rear looks bad a$$.
