IMO, buying used is ALWAYS worse then buying new simply because you NEVER know how the car was treated. Sure you may get a few more hp , and a nicer name plate on the car if its used, but at the end of the day your still driving a car that had another owner, and it has natural wear and tear on it , etc etc. If your looking to spend 30-35k I would highly recommend waiting a few months and driving a 2011 5.0 Mustang GT. You can have one nicely optioned for a very good price. Just an FYI a 2011 Mustang GT ran around the Gingerman raceway with on par times with a E92 M3. So the age old Mustangs are P.O.S ,and can only go fast in a straight line is a dead debate. I may be a bit bias as I have purchased a 2010 mustang gt , but as an enthusiast who loves all type of cars I would still honestly recommend looking at one.
