Hello! Sorry for the delayed response. I do not check this thread everyday.
The TRM C4 unfortunately does not come in a 18x10 at this point.
It is available in the following specs:
18x8 ET 32 or ET40
18x9 ET 30 or ET45
18x9.5 ET33
