Was at doctors today for my annual physical and blood work for insurance premium reduction. Doc tried to convince me to get it, I said no. I’ve never gotten it and have not needed to. Knock on wood....
I take Emergency-C everyday along with super greens and other immune system support. Wash my hands and am mindful of what/who I touch.
