Yup, I just installed a set of Ohlins RT at the recommended ride height per Ohlins with Apex ARC-8 18x10ET25 on a set of 275/35/18 Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires. No camber plates. No need for a spacer, there is plenty of room between the collars and the tire.
I think if it was lowered over an inch, a spacer may be needed.
