I typically drive 7k miles or less per year btw. So even with 58k miles, by the time the car turns 10 if I owned it the whole time it would barely hit 100k.
Oh, and it is a 6MT.

Hard to say with brakes. You will probably have to do it once during your ownership period. The brakes expense isn't that great... About $800 for parts and do it yourself and $1200 if you pay someone to do it for you. Regular maintenance isn't all that bad.
