I know this is off topic.. but I still think BMW should have made a lighter and more efficient version of the current E9x engine for the M3/4. Maybe a 3.8L NA V8 with a small power and torque bump and then shed some bodyweight and call it a day!
Or even just detune the V8 in the M5/6.. I love me some 8 cylinders
