I'm not really sure honestly, I was driving slightly more aggressive than usual (but no redlining or anything like that) while the car was cold..(don't ask.) and then boom the car started shaking and got an engine malfunction. Mechanic said pistons and valves are screwed up and I'm waiting for a call from them next week with more information.
