Yes, P0175 and P0191 both relate to thelow pressure fuel sensor. I was getting these two--and about 3-4 others--before replacing mine. No codes since, about 2-3 weeks out.
Also, either part will work--the $130 realoem shows or the $70 equivalent mentioned in various threads. I used the cheaper one based on others' recommendations and experiences. Again, no problems here.
