the 09 3er is going to get it. therefore, it makes sense that the e9x M3 will get it. no way to confirm it yet for sure, but it looks promising. as far as an upgrade for 08 customers, don't count on it. the hardware is made by a different manufacturer. i'm sure you could retrofit, but count on spending at least 3-5k.
