If you are removing the full EVO system then you'll need the stock midpipe on hand to replace the Akra midpipe. The MPE bolts right up to the stock midpipe no problem. The only thing you may want to have on hand are replacement gaskets for where the midpipe mates to the stock header since yours may be no good depending on how long they have been installed. If you're intending to keep the Akra midpipe you will need a set of adapters to mate the midpipe to the MPE rear section. I think these can be purchased from EAS for a reasonable price iirc.
