Talked to a USAA representative today. This plan is no joke. No catch. No fine print. Comprehensive! On top of that when you sell the car if you don't use it they will credit you back the difference on what you paid and what you used. Say you paid for 60 months and you then sell the car in 30 months you get half what you paid back! Or you can transfer the warranty to who ever purchases the car. Keep in mind my car is a 2011 with really low miles ( only 13k) so based on my usage and year the price is lower. If I waited until closer to when the warranty expires and I had higher miles than the price would be higher they told me.

Again this is a military focused company only for members so you definitely get a special deal.
