The easiest way is to install an OBD gauge like P3 (what I have). This monitors boost, air-fuel, ignition, etc.
Both options will give you a window into your fueling - air/fuel ratio will answer some of your questions.

What are the chances of the S65's Fuel Pump going bad in the first place anyway.
The reason I didnt get it changed out in the first place was because reading through years of feedback , and there was never much complaint about the fuel pump going bad, unlike the HPFP issues on the 335's
