I'm no expert, but I don't think there's a right answer to your question. You'll have to consider comfort, drivability, and personal preference. After all, I'm sure you bought the suspension knowing it'll likely be more rough than stock. However, I personally love feeling the road when I drive. Even with those considerations the great thing about this coilover setup is that it is adjustable. If you're still unsure, set at the half-way mark and adjust as needed.
