Hard to argue with the all around capability of an E90 M3 especially given it has a "real" back seat with a decent trunk, and that combination was key for me.

A tougher decision was getting one with the DCT, but I have been very happy with my choice and now it can be an option in a pinch if the lovely bride needs to drive it.

It's paid off. There is really not much out there for a do it all car. 3 pedals, V8, big enough to be useful, and small enough to be nimble. Hard to beat.
I plan on keeping indefinitely.
