Pros
The car has had incredibly good maintenance and is kept up with religiously. this will be obvious with the binder of receipts and service records that come with it. There are a hand full of things not listed that are not big ticket items but will all be in the records. These are bushings, small trim pieces, emblems, seals, etc.
Cons
This car is NOT a garage queen. I drive this car as intended. The only thing it could use is a new windshield. It is not cracked or anything but has some pitting. This might not bug others but I felt like it needed to be mentioned. TA’s have not been done. There are slight rub marks on the front fender liners from different wheel/tire setups coupled with coilover height and track time. This is pretty standard for any E9XM3 on coilovers with remotely aggressive wheel setup.
