A new GT-R is $90K. That is still a $60K difference which is huge (enough for an additional M3). Wanna bet? There are many many that won't pay $150K for a brand new 911TT when you can get CPO for $115K, under 15k miles. The warranty is just as long as that of a new GTR and with a much more mod friendly environment. Even if I had the $$$ for a $150K brand new 997TT, I'd opt for a barely used 1 or 2 year old one and save $30-40K.
