Original thread updated with measurements for reference in regards to calculating shipping cost; I don't have much experience shipping large items, so I've decided to leave it to the buyer with sourcing and calculating shipping through their carrier of choice. I tried using UPS and Fedex for 2 destinations so far (South Africa, and NY), and both turned up ridiculous costs, so I'm afraid I won't be of too much help in this area. Again, I'm more than willing to ship, just so long as you let me know which carrier to go with and you're okay with the associated cost.
