I think I can drop off at a place like FedEx in a FedEx Office location who provide both packaging and shipping services. Obviously, I would ask you to pay for 100% of both and I don't expect it to be cheap. Although ground shipment shouldn't be too terrible. Please research if you are serious and let me know.
