Sorry guys but I disagree.

OP, I don't know how much mileage you have on your current car but paying maybe 40-50K more for essenatilly the same car makes no sense at all to me. You've already taken the bulk of the depreciation hit so why would you want to start that process all over again for the same car even if it's 3 years newer and the last year of that model? I strongly recommend you continue to drive your current E90 then see if you like the new model in a few years. You don't know what life has in store for you just around the corner and wasting money on depreciating assets is quite silly especially if you already have and enjoy what you lust for.
