BMW never replaced mine either. They repainted them twice and it still peeled after a couple of weeks. In the end the service and numerous issues with the wheels, paint and interior made it very easy to trade into a GTR.
I pushed pretty hard for replacement wheels but they wouldn't budge even after the second repaint.
