It's 24,000km/15,000mi OR 2 years, whichever comes first.

However, there is the low-usage change interval (specified in a TSB) which says if you're not driving the car regularly, change it once a year regardless of mileage. This would apply to anyone who isn't DD'ing it, I'd say.
