Simply since final evaluation was just wrapped up and given the green light for manufacturing. With respect to RE, we'll be making the announcement when product is shipping and is installed on our own M3.
Those that have not purchased yet are now given the chance to make a decision on what is coming out - not forced to make a decision based on what has already been released or rushed to market first.
