Ok, so we bought a 2012 X3 for my wife and our finance is coming up in a couple months. We have to decide what to do and my wife said that if I could find one for the right price, we could pick up an M3. So, looking to either buy or potentially trade if the right person comes along (plus cash on either end as needed).

So, looking for an '09+ M3 sedan. I am open to different options, mostly just looking to see what's out there, so post if you've got something you think would fit what we're looking for.

1. Must be DCT (will be my wife's car, she can't drive a manual)
2. Ideal color is white. Alpine or Mineral... Blue Water is next...
3. Absolutely NO BLACK... Lighter colors preferred.
4. Ideal interior is rust brown or bamboo, fox red is ok too.
5. I'd love a Competition pack, but I feel that it'll be too rich for our budget.
6. Prefer stock, and of course, the lower the mileage the better.

As for the trade... We have a 2012 X3 35i, M-sport. Its Alpine white with Oyster interior. Options are M-sport, Premium pack, Navigation, power tailgate, 40/20/40 split rear seats. Mileage is just about 15k, oil change done last at 10k. My wife drives it, so its never abused. Vehicle is in perfect condition. One small chip in the right rear wheel... I couldn't prove it, as she took delivery without me, but I think this happened before we took ownership. Otherwise its perfect.
