Having owned the SMG, I would say go with the 6spd. So many times I wished I could just rev the engine to hear the engine by just dropping the clutch. Also, the 6spd would be much better in rush hour traffic, lol!
SMG is definitely the more unique transmission though but the hard shifts were too much on the 1-2 shift and caused major traction issues or the traction control would bog the car down.
