Hate to have to chime in here but I've tried all the San Diego dealers too and they must hire middle aged overweight housewives for SA's. I've been to Brecht, Encinitas and San Diego and all the same horrible experiences. It's beyond ignorance.

San Diego left my freshly detailed car in front of their sales department with windows wide open (during Santa Ana wind storm) and unlocked so customers were literally sitting in my car when I picked it up. This is after they grounded my front spoiler.

Brecht scratched my CF roof with their numbered mini cones they put on top when servicing. They knew nothing about the rear diff Service bulletin so I had to look it up on the forum.

Encinitas. Not enough time to explain the horror..

It seems systemic so BMW must really not give a sh$% about customer service.
