Yup, just leave it in auto with ac on at all times. That's what I do and I never have to touch it, rain or shine, hot or cold. Only thing I do is turn the wheel on the center vents from blue to red in the fall and back to blue in the spring. Find a temp that works for you (mine's 70) and you should never have to mess with it.
