The $4100 is the charge for the Individual Leather interior. (of which there are only 4 possible color choices for U.S.-spec cars)
The price of the standard (non-extended) leather interior ($950) would be
subtracted from the premium package. So YES, it would be a $3150 premium over and above the 'normal' price for any of the current non-extended leather color options that are now available.
It's also important to note the Individual Leather option for any U.S.-spec car = Extended Leather*(automatically)
*There is no "standard" (non-extended) Individual Leather interior option through BMWNA.
