This is what I do with cquartz on wheels and smaller CF pieces (diffuser, spoilers).
I apply after either a 2 step wash for all pieces and applying iron-x for wheels and clay bar.
It has held up for over a year and doesn't need to be reapplied even after that but I do anyway because I want too.
The pieces stay water beaded. On wheels it is easier to clean with while using a pressure washer. A regular bucket soap/wash helps too.
I think I paid $60 for the smaller bottle and still have more than half left after 2 years.
I've done 8 wheels twice, spoiler once, diffuser parts once. It doesn't take too much to apply. Make sure to wear gloves. After you're done with the microfiber, wash it. If you don't it'll become a firm piece of cloth. Like you just wiped your jizz off with used a wash cloth and left it in the corner for a while.
