I would definitely talk to a manager or the store's general operations manager/director about this.

I always talk to the service manager where I am going to service my car before my first appointment. By doing this they know what my car(s) have on them and they tell me that they can work with me or that it may be difficult. If its the latter, then on to the next dealership.
