Investigation is normal if they can't explain failure. Timeline is unacceptable. If dealership is the bottleneck, move the car to another dealer. If bmwna is slow, then tell them you want the regional rep to call you tomorrow. Remain calm and focus on what you want to achieve rather than arguing with morons or dishonest people.
