Depends on what your goals are with your build/goal.
I'm biased but I would go with the PFC F only to begin with and then over time save up for the R kit. The PFC F kit with an equivalent R pad compound in the stock R caliper will perform well on the track.
ST F and R kits will perform well on the street and track.
