Another vote for Waze here. It's all I use now. The app is free, it's on my phone (which is always with me in whatever car I'm in), and although it can provide some outdated alerts, many are legit and in real time. To make things even better, Apple CarPlay will allow the integration of Waze with the fall release of iOS 12
