It's a few inches higher than any floor jack or stands I've come across and just about perfect for lying on a creeper. I just changed the oil and did the transmission and differential service and it was really nice to not have to worry about jacks and stands. I also use it on my wifes Accord which has the metal ridge jack points and I just use the rubber blocks with it too. I'll lift the car just to wax the bottom of the doors and under the bumpers now because it's so easy. If you have any questions or want some pictures let me know.
What he said^^^

I've got the same unit and it works perfect using the rubber blocks under the jack points with all my cars including my E39 540. Best investment in the garage IMO.
