yea, the guys said to park it out in the sun and they should all start to go away. After looking more at the photo, i'm not sure what is next to the headlights. There definitely isn't an bubbling there, only down by the splitters– must be something with my trusty iphone camera. If it happens to not go away, they said they're fix it tho
As for the headlights, I had Bavarian Exclusive do them for me. The guy who usually does it (Duy) is in Boston at the moment, but i'll give them a call and see how you might be able to get it done!
