You are correct that a 295/30/19 will not work with this rear offset. You need et25 to run a 10.5" wheel with a 295/30/19 tire without rubbing (even that will depend on the tire and alignment settings).

You would need to switch to either a 275/35/19 or 285/30/19 rear tire to make this work.
