Ya it does and I have made sure everything that was lacking that a PPI said needed fixed was taken care of including all inspection 2 and maintenance. It's ready to go I just can't drive it on these roads because they are complete crap and I don't want to crack an HRE in a pot hole the size of the grand canyon just driving 6 hours roundtrip between my house and the hospital.
