I only drove the M3 and 911 C4 today. But there was also an R8 they let me test drive!
I can't believe they let me, it was a 2011 convertible with the Auto transmission and I about jizzed. I can't begin to describe how cool and awesome it felt. It's not a very good idea to drive one of these when you're looking more at the M3 and 911 C4 because it put the porsche to shame and the M3 right above it. Otherwise the M3 is the way I'll go and I'll certainly be back to talk over lease rates. I don't know what the R8 goes for lease-wise but if it's not by a lot I'll hold off and save up some cash for it. I test drove on of their used 2011 M3's and really loved it. Then I drove the Audi R8. The R8 was fantastic but I didn't really push it, it also felt a bit faster than the M3 but not shockingly fast, this was the V8 R8. I'll probably go with the M3 though since I'm not ready for the supercar performance and costs yet. But fun day overall.
